About
Ever feel like wildlife photography competitions are too daunting to enter? Or that certain species are more likely to be recognised than others?
In Pursuit of Critters is born out of a love for tracking down and observing wildlife in its natural habitat. There is something about witnessing wildlife, on its own terms, that is both exhilarating and humbling. Each experience, irrespective of species or location is a privilege.
Nevertheless, capturing such moments is an even greater challenge. While there are several hugely prestigious annual competitions that celebrate incredible wildlife photography, there are so many outstanding wildlife photographers, and the precious species and moments that they capture, that don’t seem to be recognised.
We have created a monthly wildlife photography competition to allow wildlife photographers of all nationalities and backgrounds to proudly submit their work and join a friendly community that encourages and inspires others. Whether it wins or not, each entry will be appreciated and the photographers and their stories celebrated.
So we are calling all wildlife photographers, professional and amateur, to proudly submit their entries and the stories they have collected while in pursuit of critters.
